Return Policy
Liif’s first priority is your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your Liif product, please contact us at 312-828-0954 or sales@liiftea.com within ten business days of receiving your order to receive a Return Authorization Number. If we made a mistake, we will correct the problem immediately. If the product is not what you expected, you may return the product within ten days of receiving it and we will apply a credit toward your next order or issue a refund based on the value of the returned product. Our Story
Liif Tea is a Chicago-based importer, wholesaler, and retailer of specialty loose leaf teas and accessories. Founded by Laura Moran in 2007, Liif offers premium products and destination tea events tailored to your specific needs and preferences.My passion for tea began with a premium loose leaf tea fresh from high in the mountains of Sri Lanka. I soon became fascinated with tea's presumed health benefits, history and varieties, and all the characteristics that make a tea really spectacular. Everything we do at Liif stems from this passion and desire to help others fully enjoy all their tea experiences.

Liif works directly with world-renowned tea estates and brokers to select the best, typically single-estate and hand-plucked leaves. This means that no leaves from other estates are blended into a given tea. It also means that you can taste subtle differences in flavor of that tea throughout the year much like you would with different vintages of a fine wine.
